That's a Good Question... As Far as I'm Concerned, whenever I have seen a Puppet Show or something Similar, You NEVER see Who's Pulling The Strings, Unless they are willing to expose themselves at the End of a Show... The Puppets are what the People See, the Distractions to what's Really going on Behind The Scenes... And what is a Puppet Show designed to do But Entertain the People? I'm sure with this Presidential Regime, there's ALOT more going on Behind The Scenes than Any of us are aware of... Feel Me??
